  • Partnered with the CEO and CFO to lead a strategic planning process that aligned and empowered the executive leadership team.
  • Ran a series of confidential stakeholder interviews to generate unique perspectives on the opportunities and challenges across all areas of operation.
  • Performed a detailed company analysis and industry benchmarking.
  • Designed and facilitated a collaborative strategic planning workshop. The session included the client’s executive leadership team working alongside key advisors and expert industry consultants, making critical decisions about their global operating model, licensee relationships, sourcing strategy, brand positioning, ecommerce and growth strategy.
  • Customized a strategic framework including processes, templates and tools that would connect their 3 year vision to daily operations.
  • Established new disciplines for the executive team to manage and iterate their global strategy on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
